Excitement in the air...

  

It was a red lettered day in the annals of the school-Skill Expressive Champions,the day when all the student-champions flaunted their skills

Grades 1 & 2 had their Culmination Day on 24/11/18 at VNGS Medavakkam school and it was the day when all the students exhibited the skills acquired in the school,their alma mater.

The day dawned with preparing minds, anxious teachers ready to display their class skills at their best. It was a package of a surprise for the parents to see their little ones express the skills excellently without any inhibition . The various skills which the tiny tots exhibited were reading, speaking, enacting reciting poems, karate katas, yogasanas, singing, dancing & even fireless cooking. It was a complete surprise package which made the parent's jaw drop to see the children spontaneously expressing the learning.  

The show stopper-best which made the parents fly in cloud nine was the “Impromptu round” of on the spot events.

The children were given on spot topics to speak, write,problems to solve in maths and parents had a word bowl from which the children selected a word in random and spelled it correctly. To be evaluated analyzed and applauded by other parents even brought tears of joy among many proud parents.

It was a day to cherish & rejoice for the parents and a proud moment for VNGS Medavakkam to proudly say that all children are champions here !
