Say it with pride...

Velammal Vidyalaya NewGen School ,Shollinganallur had the Skill Day-Performing Arts for grades 3 to 5 today,28th June 2019. 

The Performing Arts like Bharatanatyam,Zumba,Western Dance and Aerobics are taught to all the students in the school. 

Today ,all the students were given an opportunity to perform in front of the parents. 

Invites were packed a day before to the parents and the supportive parents were there at school today to see what their wards have acquired as a skill.All the classrooms hosted the parents ,who had their gazes and lens focused on the students.The students were unmindful to this and in fact they were confident and excited .The parents were truly overwhelmed to see their children sing and dance confidently. 

We,at Velammal,provide opportunities for holistic development in children and today’s program is one such sample.
