Mock Fire Drill was conducted on 30.7.19 at VNGS Madipakkam.

‘Safety is our Priority’
A fire safety drill was arranged for the students and staff by our Safety Officer Mr.Samathuvamani. The purpose was to learn fire fight during emergency. 
It started with understanding the basic nature of fire, causes of its breakout and how we can protect ourselves under such circumstances. 
Few real life examples were brought out during the drill. The use of firefighting gadgets (DCP) and CO2 was demonstrated The official emphasized on a list of precautions to be taken during the fire emergency situations. Evacuation method was also covered during the drill. Students were given opportunity to ask questions and clear doubts.
