67th Senior National Volleyball Championship - Day 1

The 67th Senior National Volleyball Championship for men and women is being conducted at Velammal NewGen School Medavakkam Grounds from 3rd January -5th January, 2019. Teams from different states such as Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, U.P, Gujarat and Jharkand participated to prove their mettle and win the championship.

Our students were able to witness the National level matches conducted in their school campus and had a thrilling experience of watching the true spirit of sportsmanship, the never say die attitude, and the love of the game being exhibited by the players of every team. Students were able to learn the rules and regulations of the game and also enjoyed cheering for their favourite teams. Witnessing this National Level Championship in their school campus not only gave them an opportunity to inculcate values for their lives, but also to take up a sport for themselves and become champions in life.
